How long does shipping take?

Orders take 1 to 3 business days to process, and then 10 to 15 business days to arrive. The 15 day figure is the outer edge rather than the expectation, and most orders turn up before it. A few items ship from a warehouse inside the United States and land faster, usually in 3 to 5 business days.

Those windows are honest rather than optimistic. Our products come from overseas suppliers, and we would rather you knew that before you paid than after. Shipping is free on every order. The full detail is in the shipping policy.

How do I track my order?

Your tracking number arrives by email as soon as your order ships, and the link in that email is the fastest way to see where things are. Tracking can take 2 or 3 days to start updating after you receive it, which is normal and is not a sign that anything has gone wrong.

Why did my order arrive in two boxes?

If you bought more than one thing, the items can ship separately and arrive on different days. Each parcel carries its own tracking number. A box with only part of your order in it is not a mistake, and the rest is still on its way.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to ask for a return. Please email us first at qcpventures@gmail.com, because the return address depends on the item and we have to give it to you. The item needs to be unused and in its original packaging, and you pay for return shipping on a standard return.

Something arrived damaged or wrong. What now?

Email qcpventures@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will replace it or refund it, and you will not pay return shipping in that case. Sometimes we will not ask for the item back at all. Send the photo and we will sort it out.

Do you ship outside the United States?

We do not ship internationally yet. We ship within the United States only, and checkout will not accept an address outside it. We would rather do one country properly than four countries badly.

Where are the cats?

They are coming. We started with dogs because that is what we know best, and we did not want to open a cat section with three items in it just to say we had one. When there is a real shelf worth showing you, it will be here.
