Two Tails is a small shop of good things for cats and dogs, run by people who think about this more than is strictly reasonable. We keep a short, careful shelf. Everything on it had to earn its place, which is our polite way of saying we turned down a great deal of junk.
We started with dogs because that is what we know best. The cats are on their way, unhurried, because a thin cat aisle helps nobody.
If a toy does not survive an actual dog, if a bowl does not slow down a fast eater, if a grooming tool does not make the job quicker, it does not make the cut. That is the whole idea. These are good things, chosen for the animal you pretend you do not spoil.
How this actually works
We are a small operation and we do not run a warehouse. Our products come from suppliers overseas and ship directly to you, which is why delivery takes 10 to 15 business days rather than 2. We could bury that in the small print. We would rather say it here, because a shop that hides its shipping times is telling you something about itself.
Shipping is free, returns are open for 30 days, and one person reads the inbox rather than a queue.
